The short version
We collect the minimum needed to sell you snacks and ship them: your email, name, shipping address, and what you ordered. We never see your card number — payment happens entirely on Stripe. We don't sell your data.
What we collect and why
- Order details (name, email, shipping address, items): to fulfill and ship your order, send order status emails, and handle support.
- Email subscriptions: if you opt in to snack drops / restock alerts. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link that works on the first click.
- Payment: processed by Stripe, Inc. on their servers. We receive confirmation of payment and the last order details — never your card number.
- Analytics: if enabled, we use Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, and TikTok Pixel to understand how the store is used and whether our marketing works. These set cookies. You can opt out via your browser or standard industry tools; we honor Global Privacy Control signals where required.
Who processes data for us
Stripe (payments and sales-tax calculation), Resend (transactional email), Railway (hosting), USPS/shipping carriers (delivery), Google/Meta/TikTok (analytics, if enabled). Each processes only what it needs for its function.
What we keep and for how long
Order records are kept as long as required for accounting and tax purposes. Email subscriptions until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (except what tax law requires us to keep).
